Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group seeks a Chemical Process Engineer to promote safety, maintain product quality, and boost process efficiency in a chemical production setting.

The role emphasizes LEAN culture, on-floor involvement, and leading projects related to process equipment. You will perform PHA/JSA analyses, manage safety concerns, develop standard work, mentor engineers, and contribute to the Quality Improvement Council.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree required.
• Experience with LEAN and safety management.
• Experience performing PHA/JSA analyses.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in safety management with shift supervisors.
• Independently conduct Process Hazard Analyses (PHA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Identify and address safety concerns.
• Lead on-floor LEAN projects and daily GEMBA walks.
• Develop standard work practices for LEAN adoption.
• Manage engineering task boards and project scopes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to QIC.
