Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Practitioner of Six Sigma concepts (or Six Sigma certifications).
• Strong data-driven process and Lean manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with general engineering software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing process improvements and implement lean initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional process and system improvements.
• Analyze and optimize workflows, layouts and equipment performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee installation/start-up of new equipment and processes.
• Provide technical input to production and clients.
