Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a Process Engineer for its Payment Technology division in Bolingbrook, IL. You will drive manufacturing process improvements, lead Lean initiatives, and optimize flow from design through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality engineering.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive advancement of manufacturing processes and material replenishment to meet client pull demands.
• Optimize systems, flow, equipment performance and resources; lead tactical efforts toward strategic objectives.
• Lead Lean Engineering events; focus on cross-functional improvements to standardize, stabilize, and simplify processes.
• Develop and implement systems to increase efficiency across design to manufacture.
• Oversee project work on process design ensuring safe, efficient operation.
