Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Command of manufacturing methods, equipment, and technologies.
• Proficient with CAD and core engineering toolsets.
• Superior problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Team-first collaborator with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and improve manufacturing processes to elevate throughput and product excellence.
• Work cross-functionally to surface root causes and implement durable fixes.
• Author, standardize, and maintain clear work instructions and SOPs.
• Deploy lean tools to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
