100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technician to operate and optimize industrial equipment on the production floor. You’ll learn the lines, monitor production targets, and ensure safe, efficient operation while recording outputs accurately.

The role emphasizes quality focus, LEAN participation, and teamwork. You’ll train new associates, investigate defects, adjust processes, and collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain flow and meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years as a machine operator in industrial manufacturing, or equivalent; 3+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Oversee processes, track performance, and investigate root causes when defects appear.
• Perform thorough visual inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Review procedures and make on-the-spot adjustments to improve throughput and quality.
• Earn and maintain operator certifications across the stations you support.
• Train and mentor new production associates on processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with teammates and engage with internal teams and external customers to address quality concerns.
• Accurately complete and maintain production and quality records.
• Support continuous improvement (LEAN) initiatives and contribute ideas for better flow and fewer defects.
• Take on additional reasonable tasks as assigned by your Supervisor or Team Lead.
