You will analyze production lines, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and drive improvements in scheduling, capacity planning, and equipment implementation.

The ideal candidate has CAD/3D modeling skills (SolidWorks or AutoCAD), an engineering degree (associate or bachelor’s preferred), and 1+ year in manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree preferred (AS/BEng)
  • 1+ year in manufacturing role; steel experience preferred
  • CAD/3D modeling skills required
  • Experience with Lean, SPC or Six Sigma
  • Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and IATF 16949 preferred
  • Ability to create SOPs and work instructions
  • Strong interpersonal communication and training abilities
  • ERP systems and Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Identify cost‑effective production methods using Lean/Six Sigma
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on scheduling and capacity planning
  • Improve production speed and equipment implementation
  • Develop SOPs and training documentation
  • Support compliance with ISO/IATF standards and ERP systems
