The Mechanical Plant Manager role is strategic and people-driven and will lead all aspects of manufacturing operations within our facility. This role is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, a commitment to developing people, and a passion for operational excellence. As Mechanical Plant Manager, you will play a key role in executing our Lean Operating System and ensuring alignment with company goals and values, including our key behaviors of: People First, We Work Together, and We Learn and Grow.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field required. Master's preferred.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar experience preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years required. 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including 3+ years as a Plant or Operations Manager, with a proven track record of implementing and sustaining lean manufacturing principles.
  • Travel: 0-15%
  • Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
