Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Packaging Supervisor for our Georgia facility. Must have prior experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing and a strong lean manufacturing background.

You will lead production teams, coordinate with maintenance, ensure safety procedures and GMP compliance, and drive productivity through coaching, communication, and data-driven action plans. Join a collaborative team focused on operational excellence and quality.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in food, beverage or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience leading production teams and coordinating with maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, SOPs and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Solidify open communication with employees and the support Departments.
• Implement company's organizational and operational principals.
• Coach the Production team to establish performance measures to achieve designated objectives and deliver business results.
• Conduct regular communication meetings with Team Leaders and production team to recognize successes, review action plans to resolve open issues.
• Analyze production reports and data to identify adverse trends and create corrective action plans.
