My Rights Law Group is seeking a high-level Operations Chief (COO) to translate strategic ideas into robust processes, overseeing operations, finance, technology, and risk management. The role requires leveraging lean principles to optimize workflows and protect profitability while managing IT security and vendor contracts.

• 7+ years of senior operations experience with Lean/Six Sigma a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and change-management skills.
