Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations Support in Georgia to establish, implement and maintain processes for the Quality Management System.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate training, and manage system implementations while ensuring high conformity to customer requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams, translate client needs into cost estimates, and lead process improvements across the site to enhance efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading value stream assessments and Kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality, inventory and other metrics using continuous improvement tools and processes.
• Schedule, review and monitor work instructions; lead teams to safe, efficient daily execution.
• Review training status and schedule training to meet requirements.
• Analyze client requirements, develop proposals and cost estimates for RXO capabilities.
• Serve as project manager for system implementations and upgrades; provide ongoing support.
