Job summary

Viatris is seeking an Associate Project Manager Operations - 1st Shift in Vermont. The role supports Lean initiatives, coordinates cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, and maintains visibility through dashboards and action logs.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools. PMP/Lean/Six Sigma is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of PM tools and methodologies; PMP/Lean/Six Sigma preferred but not required.
• Strong PM, planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Lean Champion in planning, coordination of Lean initiatives and site priorities.
• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion with objectives and timelines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues impacting timelines.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards and action logs for visibility.
• Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries to support decision-making.
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends and support site priorities.
