Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience on production lines, labeling, cleaning, and waste handling.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product and observe equipment during operation.
• Set up and run production equipment.
• Prepare line and equipment cleaning activities and keep area clean.
• Label and store products, samples, and waste containers.
• Document runs using Batch Production Records and SAP.
• Assist in training new personnel under supervision.
• Calibrate scales, meters, ovens, and micrometers.
• Coordinate and oversee other operators; back up Lead Operator or Supervisor.
• Collaborate with QA and Production Support to minimize quality impact.
• Perform post-run reconciliation and waste handling.
• Prepare components for processing and manage returns.
