RHI Magnesita invites students to join our Summer 2027 Operational Excellence Internship Program. This paid, fully on-site internship offers hands-on experience in improving manufacturing processes and driving operational performance within a global industrial company.

You will work with plant leadership and engineers on Lean initiatives, data analysis, waste reduction, and standard work, gaining exposure to real-world operations and potential future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in engineering with junior/senior class of Fall 2027.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with process analysis and data collection.
• Track KPIs and report project results.
• Collaborate with engineers and operations teams.
• Present findings to leadership.
