Job summary

Search Masters is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead 2-3 team leads and about 35 hourly workers in a non-union environment in Minnesota.

You will mentor, coach, and develop team leads and hourly associates to achieve peak performance, drive KPIs and on-time delivery, and foster accountability. Own your production area and make independent operational decisions to keep production flowing safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead 2-3 Team Leads and approximately 35 hourly employees within a non-union manufacturing environment
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop team leads and hourly associates to achieve peak performance
• Drive achievement of KPIs, operational metrics, safety goals, and on-time delivery targets
• Assess team capabilities, build strong working relationships, and foster a culture of accountability
• Take ownership of assigned production area and make independent operational decisions
