Job summary
Aro Homes in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Lean Product Launch/Process Engineer to lead NPIs and optimize design-to-manufacturing workflows on the factory floor. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and field teams to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure quality across the product lifecycle.
The role emphasizes problem solving across architectural/structural/MEPF docs and requires hands-on CAD/documentation skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing/plant engineering on a production floor or job site.
- Strong documentation editing and CAD skills; Onshape, Revit, or ERP exposure.
- Experience with BOMs, work orders, and structured documentation systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the plant team to integrate new products and changes into the plant.
- Perform prototyping, iterative testing, and feedback analysis to refine products and processes.
- Facilitate development and selection of new advancements to our current products and future products.
- Facilitate product changes and transitions across manufacturing and field operations, maintaining a seamless workflow.
- Partner with QA and process engineering to verify changes and document new product introductions.
