Job summary

Aro Homes, a technology-driven residential construction company, seeks a Lean Product Launch/Process Engineer to drive new product introductions and lean process development. You will work with design, manufacturing, quality, procurement and field teams to optimize efficiency and quality across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading NPI efforts, prototyping, testing and implementing improvements, and training staff on lean methods to ensure seamless product transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in NPI, process engineering or lean manufacturing in a production setting.
• Proven experience with lean methodologies, Six Sigma and Agile.
• Strong analytical skills using CAD, manufacturing software and process mapping tools.
• Excellent communication to lead cross-functional teams and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI initiatives and coordinate product launches across design, manufacturing, QA, procurement and field teams.
• Optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste.
• Prototype, test, and iterate to refine products and processes.
• Train staff on new lean methodologies and ensure process compliance.
• Establish KPIs for safety, quality, efficiency, and material utilization.
