Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Manager to optimize warehouse operations, drive KPI-based performance, and reduce cost while preserving quality. You will develop SOPs, deploy ERP/WMS systems, and lead a warehouse team in a fast-paced defense manufacturing environment.

The role requires extensive supply chain expertise, hands-on process improvement, and the ability to operate autonomously to keep material flow aligned with production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain
• 5+ years in material management, inventory control, or supply chain in aerospace/defense manufacturing
• 2+ years managing a lead of supervisors, associates or technicians
• Onsite requirement: Santa Ana or Costa Mesa, CA

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement material management strategies, policies, and procedures
• Lead hiring and training to manage material flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand forecasting and procurement planning
• Ensure ERP/WMS usage, inventory accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team
