Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Kitter/Puller in Sumter, SC. The role schedules Friday through Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position pays $17.00 per hour and offers eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, material handling with forklifts/cranes, receiving and issuing materials for production, and supporting assembly needs while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without Company sponsorship.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Sumter SC to be considered. No relocation benefits provided.
• Position requires experience in forklift and/or crane operation to transport and locate equipment and materials to required areas.
• Computer literate and proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts of components and analyze root causes to determine corrective actions.
• Operate forklifts and cranes to transport and locate equipment and materials.
• Receive, document, store, stage and issue materials for production requirements.
• Support assembly and fabrication needs for materials.
• Package, label, and prepare items to minimize damage during shipment or staging.
• Maintain quality by adhering to Eaton guidelines and performing quality checks.
