Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead lean initiatives and optimize material flow across facilities in the U.S. The role focuses on PFEP, ERP tuning, WMS, and production scheduling to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Supply Chain and 3+ years of experience, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage inventory with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials, or a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant experience, or a minimum of nine (9) years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce supply chain costs by removing wastes.
• Lead project teams through to completion.
• Ensure project schedule attainment, KPI targets and executive report outs.
• Support standardization and implementation of lean material flow strategy.
• Scope includes PFEP, replenishment systems, WMS, inventory control, production scheduling and IT support systems.
• Forecast workload based on demand projections.
• Leverage lean material flow experience to synchronize material consumption with production and optimize material presentation.
