Responsibilities

• Lead teams of hourly and bargaining employees to meet daily production targets.
• Troubleshoot issues and allocate resources to maintain plant throughput.
• Monitor and replenish lineside inventory stock levels.
• Manage material handling equipment and establish safe operating procedures.
