Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Lean Master to lead the Lean strategy across multiple plants in the Americas. You will train teams, establish a lean culture, and implement standard work and daily management practices.

You will facilitate Kaizen events, map value streams, and drive significant business improvements using Lean and Six Sigma. Some travel is required to Bloomington, MN; Cresco, IA; Baldwin, WI, and other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality, or Engineering.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• A minimum of 3 years working exclusively with Lean (Six Sigma).
• 70% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Lean strategy across multiple plants.
• Plan and lead lean training workshops at sites.
• Identify and deliver business improvement projects with measurable benefits.
• Mentor and coach teams on lean and continuous improvement.
• Develop and update training materials aligned with lean methodologies.
