Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean across multiple plants and deliver lean training workshops.
• Plan, organise, and lead Kaizen events and report outs with measurable financial impact.
• Identify and sponsor business improvement projects delivering benefits and safer operations.
• Mentor and coach teams across sites in Lean and continuous improvement.
• Develop and update Lean training materials aligned with current methodologies.
