Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality, or Engineering.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of 3 years working exclusively with Lean (Six Sigma).
• 70% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects across multiple sites.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on Kaizen events and lean training workshops.
• Identify and develop business improvement projects with measurable savings and safety benefits.
• Mentor and coach teams on lean methods and continuous improvement.
• Develop and update lean training materials to stay at the forefront of deployment.
