Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to apply Lean Manufacturing principles to safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements. You will design and validate test equipment for electromechanical actuators, troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and software domains, and develop automated test solutions using LabVIEW.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3–5 years in machining/manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of engineering blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Experience with LabVIEW or similar test automation tools preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate new manufacturing test equipment and ATP stands.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing test equipment across mechanical, electrical, and software.
• Develop automated test solutions using LabVIEW or similar tools.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and product support teams.
• Document requirements, specs, procedures, and validation results.
