You will conduct time studies, collect production and downtime data, and assist with various engineering initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a technical manufacturing position.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Strong skills in documentation and process development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and cycle time validation.
• Collect production and downtime data.
• Assist with line balancing and takt time validation.
• Identify and document waste on the production floor.
• Support training verification and skills matrix tracking.

Skills

Attention to detail

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings

Proficient in advanced Excel

Familiarity with ERP systems

Knowledge of UL standards
