Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or similar role (2+ years).
• Ability to safely use shop tools and read basic drawings/measurements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and modify workstations, carts, fixtures, racks, and material handling systems.
• Identify lean-improvement opportunities in safety, ergonomics, flow, quality, and productivity.
• Translate shop-floor needs into practical fabricated solutions using lean principles.
