Job summary

Ingram Content Group is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chambersburg, PA manufacturing team. The role focuses on maximizing throughput, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing company policies while guiding a diverse workforce on shift.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, tracking productivity, and ensuring timely completion of tasks with kaizen-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in a supervisory position within a production or manufacturing environment, or comparable management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the associates assigned to the specified departments, providing adequate resources to ensure maximum throughput and minimum waste while monitoring all quality standards.
• Track department processing in accordance with established TAT schedules and production goals.
• Audit productivity and quality to ensure standards are met; identify root causes and take corrective action.
• Provide daily supervision including record keeping, time and attendance, performance evaluations, and recommendations regarding advancement or discipline.
