Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, operations management, supply chain, or related field.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and improvement opportunities.
• Collect, track, and analyze data related to production performance, quality, and downtime.
• Support root cause analysis and help implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Lean initiatives including 6S, standard work, and visual management.
• Document process improvements and help develop standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Assist with project coordination and communication of progress and results.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
