Qualifications

• 2-year degree or 5 years of related experience.
• OSHA General Industry, EEOC and DOT regulations knowledge.

• Proven process improvement efforts and results.

Responsibilities

• Acts as safety advocate and promotes safe operations within production area.
• Direct supervision of hourly production employees; scheduling, on-the-job training, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Drives lean manufacturing methods to maintain standards and complete work within budget and timelines.
• Fosters a team-focused environment; collaborates with local management and other facilities.
• Supports talent management through assessment and cross-training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
