Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee production of building components, ensuring safety and quality standards while driving efficient, cost-effective manufacturing and timely delivery.

You will lead hourly production staff, organize work, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across facilities. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills and a focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or 5 years of related-field experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA General Industry, EEOC and DOT regulations.
• Promotes teamwork and demonstrates leadership skills.
• Displays aptitude for teaching and coaching of employees.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven process improvement efforts and results achieved.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent follow through.
• Dedicated to safety, quality, continuous improvement and profitability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities
