Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT) in Mesa, AZ seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will drive daily operations, supervise staff, and monitor performance against safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.

Qualifications include a BA/BS or equivalent with 5+ years in manufacturing, strong communication, coaching abilities, and Lean experience.

Qualifications

• BA or BS or equivalent with leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervises direct reports and provides leadership to department.
• Trains and monitors reports to ensure performance.
• Meets Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity goals.
• Manages schedules via Production schedules or Pull System.
• Leads Lean improvement projects and uses Lean tools.
