Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is a leader in high-reliability electronic systems for Aerospace and Defense. The Engineering Technician supports the engineering team during manufacturing at the Mesa, AZ facility under mentorship from Engineers, Supervisors, and Cell Leads.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, troubleshooting production issues, supporting new product launches, and contributing to SOPs and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related technical manufacturing experience or minimum 2 year Engineering degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to troubleshoot, debug, and repair production equipment to keep lines running.
• Assist with engineering efforts to launch new products into production.
• Develop and revise SOPs and work instructions as needed.
