GenScript USA Inc in New Jersey seeks a results-driven Production Supervisor (Lean) to lead a 10–12 person manufacturing team. You will drive daily execution, maintain safety and quality, and apply Lean methods to keep the floor running smoothly.

This role emphasizes on-site team management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and quality, reducing waste and sustaining high morale. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of on-site floor management experience in manufacturing.
• Leadership track record managing teams of 10+ technicians with staff retention focus.
• Lean manufacturing principles applied to daily shop-floor operations.
• Strong communication with factory leaders and floor personnel.
• Direct, mentor, and manage a team of 10-12 technicians on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily molecular biology production lines and meet output targets.
• Apply Lean tools to reduce waste and improve workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources and act as operations bridge on the floor.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and skill-matrix development for staff.
