Job summary

HBD Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor to support manufacturing production, manage lean activities, and drive site transformation on the Flowery Branch floor. You will oversee quality, training, and policy enforcement while reporting to the Plant Manager.

Based in Flowery Branch, GA, you will lead staff, ensure safety, and participate in continuous improvement and ISO 9001 quality compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Education required.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts through machine shop for assembly work orders.
• Assure the quality of manufactured parts and provide operator feedback.
• Lead and train staff while enforcing company policies.
• Manage shop floor safety and 5S standards.
• Resolve manufacturing problems and minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Oversee attendance, discipline, and quality issues among staff.
