Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Production Supervisor in Missouri to oversee CNC Mills, Lathes and Assembly operations. You will guide hourly Union workers, monitor productivity and quality, and ensure on-time delivery while enforcing safety and ISO standards.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, review production orders, and drive continuous improvement in methods, tooling, and maintenance to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years or more supervision experience.
• Proficient in CNC programming languages to create/edit CNC programs (G-code/M-code).
• In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes (milling/turning).
• Experience with ERP/MRP; SAP experience is a plus.
• Lean experience preferred; ISO 9001:2015 QMS knowledge.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure specifications and standards.
• Supervise hourly Union workforce and communicate performance expectations.
• Coordinate flow of work between departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Draft and enforce work instructions; resolve production order variances.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and ISO standards.
• Lead improvement initiatives to reduce waste and raise productivity.
• Engage with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Safety to resolve issues.
