• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a zero-injury culture through continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Maintain daily contacts and teamwork to foster trust and problem-solvers.
• Support life-threat programs and determine opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement of safety procedures and results.
• Oversee hiring and termination processes within the area of responsibility.
• Provide leadership, feedback, performance reviews, wage adjustments, and training management.
• Supervise daily activities and measure performance versus plan.
• Resolve problems by applying technical experience and precedents.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance for cross-functional solutions.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams to achieve improvements.
• Ensure parts processing per procedures and specifications.
• Maintain on-time delivery and throughput per dispatch and production systems.
