Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp in Albany, Oregon, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our aerospace manufacturing operations. You will lead a shift focused on safety, quality, throughput, and cost, coaching a team to meet performance targets and resolve production issues using established procedures.

Qualifications

• Lean/CI knowledge required.
• Pull production methodologies knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Office).
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ year of lead/supervisor experience in production.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a zero-injury culture through continuous improvement.
• Maintain daily teamwork to foster trust and problem-solving.
• Oversee life-threat programs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement of safety procedures and results.
• Oversee hiring and termination processes within area.
• Provide leadership, feedback, performance reviews, wage adjustments, and training.
• Supervise day-to-day team performance and coordinate activities.
• Resolve problems by applying technical experience and precedents.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance.
• Lead cross-functional projects to accomplish improvements.
• Ensure parts are processed per procedures and specifications.
• Maintain right-first-time productivity and teach problem-solving.
• Ensure on-time delivery and throughput per dispatch lists.
• Develop metrics to track team objectives.
• Optimize equipment and labor through planning and scheduling.
