Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Supervisor, Production for the 2nd shift (4:00 PM–2:30 AM) to lead manufacturing staff in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on planning, coaching, and enforcing lean processes to achieve production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manufacturing leadership, experience with 5S/Lean, and strong people-management skills. HS grad with trade or bachelor’s preferred; full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership.
• Experience with controls and instrumentation.
• HS graduate; trade school certification or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach production staff on the 2nd shift (4pm–2:30am).
• Plan, monitor, and adjust workflow to meet production targets.
• Maintain and improve safety, 5S and quality standards across the line.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff to ensure performance.
• Schedule personnel and allocate resources to prioritize output.
• Maintain production records and report on shift results.
