Job summary

You will facilitate Kaizen events, develop standard work, analyze data with Excel, and coach teams to sustain Lean Six Sigma improvements.

Collaboration with manufacturing, quality and supply chain is essential to optimize material flow and embed a culture of daily problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field.
• 3–5 years lean/manufacturing experience; aerospace preferred.
• Hands-on Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement events.
• Develop standard work documentation.
• Mentor teams in problem solving and data analysis.
