Job summary

Sonaca North America in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to drive continuous improvement across the facility. You will lead improvement events, develop standard work, and coach teams on lean principles to improve throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years experience within a manufacturing environment required; aerospace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads or co-leads Continuous Improvement events with measurable results.
• Develops and maintains Standard Work documentation.
• Analyzes costs, quality and productivity to drive improvements.
• Applies Lean Six Sigma tools to enhance process capability and reduce defects.
• Mentors teams on lean principles and conducts training as needed.
• OCross-functional collaboration to sustain lean initiatives and corrective actions.
