Western Partitions, Inc. (WPI) is a leading contractor offering drywall, prefabrication, metal studs, and more. A Manufacturing Production Coordinator supports planning and execution of production, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple trades.

Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues while maintaining production records and schedules in a lean environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Basic understanding of production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
• Track production rates with labor hours vs units complete.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve any production issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules as necessary to meet production targets.
