Job summary

Western Partitions, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to help plan and execute manufacturing processes across drywall and related trades. This role blends organizational skills with teamwork to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor inventory, track labor hours vs units, and work with engineering to resolve issues. Familiarity with lean methods and MS Office is preferred; 2–3 years in manufacturing is ideal.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.

  • Basic understanding of production scheduling.

Job Description

A Manufacturing Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of manufacturing processes. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work well with a team. The primary focus is on coordinating the various components of production, from inventory management to ensuring safety protocols are followed. A successful Manufacturing Coordinator ensures that production goals are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
