Western Partitions, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Production Coordinator to support planning and execution of manufacturing processes in the southern Columbus area. This role focuses on coordinating production, managing inventory, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

The successful candidate will track production rates, collaborate with engineering teams, and maintain accurate records to help meet budget and schedule targets. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure materials are available for production.
• Track production rates with labor hours vs units complete.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Assist in implementing lean manufacturing techniques.
• Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to meet targets.
