Job summary

O’Neal Manufacturing Services (OMS) Greensboro is seeking a Production Manager to lead operations at our NC facility. You will oversee safety, productivity and Lean initiatives, manage supervisors, and implement cost-control measures to meet customer deadlines.

This role requires 3+ years as a production supervisor, ERP experience, and a 2- or 4-year degree in a related field. Strong Excel skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, union-free environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• 2- or 4-year degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capital expenditure and staffing decisions.
• Supervise warehouse, scheduling and delivery personnel.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity with Lean initiatives.
• Develop procedures to improve plant operations and efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage salaries.
• Promote continuous improvement and cost control.
