Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED with 5+ years supervisory experience and 2+ years Lean tools experience acceptable.
• High school diploma/GED with 10+ years supervisory experience and 5+ years Lean tools experience acceptable.
• At least 2 years managing a team of 10+ individuals with performance management responsibilities and mentoring new hires.
• Experience with lean manufacturing including SQDC, Gemba, standardized work, 5S, and root cause/corrective action tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily production schedules aligning with demand, inventory, and labor capacity.
• Coordinate resources across multiple work cells to ensure on-time delivery and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze production data and track KPIs like safety, OTD, scrap, and labor efficiency.
• Implement corrective actions to meet targets and enforce company policies and standards.
• Manage overtime, consumables, and operating supplies to control costs.
