Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 6 years relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to communicate changes to cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop balanced assembly processes with MOST to meet SQCDM targets.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities and apply 5S and workstation design.
• Audit data and optimize tasks using Excel formulas and VBA.
• Support New Model events and forecast design impact for early production.
• Estimate times for assembly line work and develop operation standards.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to drive improvement themes.
