Honda is seeking a Process Engineer in East Liberty, Ohio, to lead assembly process development and sequencing for new parts. The role relies on standard times, TPS/M.O.S.T. methods, and lean practices to maximize efficiency.

You will conduct time studies, design worker-friendly processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SQCDM targets, while supporting new model events and ergonomic improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with related experience.
• Experience in assembly process development and standard time studies.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop assembly processes for new spec parts and sequences.
• Perform time estimates for line work and develop standards.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to drive improvements.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities and optimize workflows.
• Apply ergonomic countermeasures to protect workers.
• Support New Model events and deploy process changes.
