Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production facility. You will oversee molding, curing, finishing, material flow, and drive on-time delivery.

This leadership role focuses on operational excellence, quality, safety, and employee development. You will develop schedules, monitor performance, and collaborate with planning, purchasing, and maintenance to maximize output in the Lexington, KY area.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Hands-on experience leading production teams.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
Experience with production scheduling and operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across molding, curing, finishing, and material flow.
Develop and execute production schedules to meet delivery requirements.
Monitor production performance, downtime, scrap, and labor efficiency.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Maintenance to maximize production output.
Supervise and develop production personnel and Mold Technicians.
Champion safety and continuous improvement.
