• Safety-conscious with strong analytical, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activities within the assigned area or facilities.
• Plan and develop systems to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop team members and associates.
• Interact with internal sales teams and external customers effectively.
• Establish internal goals and metrics and monitor performance.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasts for the operating plan.
• Conduct department meetings and provide timely business reporting.
