Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum three years of shipping/receiving/stores experience.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving practices, policies, and techniques.
• Knowledge of ERP operating systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Material Flow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in a warehouse environment and plan work.
• Enforce policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiative focused on warehouse processes.
• Create metrics to measure productivity and address waste.
• Provide training and mentoring on Material Management methods.
• Manage departmental performance measures including visual controls and audits.
• Perform incident investigations and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure Kronos accuracy and coordinate equipment maintenance.
